No Plans to Implement Town perks for builders.

So myself and several other players find it annoying that when we add our allies as builders they can't use our perks. Specifically the pearl perk which allows people to go into unreachable areas unless they have the perk. It's tedious to have to make special entrances for the temp builders.

If I recall, the biggest reason we didn't do this is because we don't want people using Temp Builders to effectively become squatters. Often, people have asked to have dual-citizenship, and temp-builder is the closest thing to that. If you also get to have all of the town perks a town has, you could effectively just about live in that town if you wanted to and had people to temp-builder you.
