Hi Lokan's, my last appeal got accepted and my permban got reduced to 6 weeks, then i got another permban cuz being an alt of IFeyu account, i had no idea who is this guy till i found him on discord and talked to him about what happen and why he got flagged as my alt, i found out that he is from the same city as me, has the same internet provider as me, so we have the same IP's and thats the reason our accounts get blocked. One of friends of mine rexsio had the same problem with some1's account a year ago

How does that work bro even if u have the same internet provider etc u gotta be in the same location (as in the same house)

My provider giving the same ip to other customers. For example the same ip as me has propably 3 or 4 customers or our ip's i similar only last octet is diffrent xxx.xxx.xx.78 xxx.xxx.xx.79
 
+ Asked my friend who knows a lot of about networking, and it seems like both my mobile and home provider use CGNat - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carrier-grade_NAT which essentially makes it so multiple users can have the same public IP address so that is most likely what happened in my case. Also due to the limited amount of IPv4 address space this is actually becoming very common in the entire world, recently a big Polish ISP called Netia did migrate their clients to a Carrier-grade NAT and it seems like my small home provider has used it for a longer period of time since it's actually cheaper because they don't need a lot a lot of IPv4 addresses.
