Implemented Turn off the anticheat for the Silverhand Tourney

In my opinion, an anticheat is not needed during a tournament. The anticheat creates problems affecting legit players who do not cheat. However it will be a recorded event with many people watching so in the occasion that someone is using cheats they can be easily caught.
