3 month break can't change people like that. All he did was touch grass and not talk to people, but as soon as you come back to the community the same thing will happen.

When people say "oh I took a break from the community and I've changed" it's dumb :/. It's better to stay within the community and just not continue to do what got you banned in the first place. It just helps you better in the long run and proves that you actually changed and people can back it up in or out of your alliance.

And yet he was banned, not muted for bullying. I think this should be rested and dropped for another couple of months. He literally bypassed permamute to permaban. Idk what else to say.

Nunca fue mudo directamente, lo prohibieron.
 
-1 perm banned 3 months ago, very suspicious player. I don't think its the right time to make an appeal

i enjoy how all of the people +1ing are in his friend group it really shows how useful -1 and +1 really are
 
I have known rayo since we were enemies, we spoke with him and more friends of our team since we were enemies (There was never conflict between us) but when he insulting neta and saying inappropriate things that offended him, he got what he deserved (That was 3 months ago ).
Rayo is another person now, and he was always friends with everyone since we were enemies, and he still does. Now that we are a team now we always interact with other games with our other friends. Im not doing this writing with the intention of benefiting him, but this can be seen when we interact with him and when he interacts with us and with his old friends from BITS (speakers english)

This might be true, but everyone giving it a -1 is also in the same alliance
