What I grasp from this appeal is no more than the "Enemy" he was harassing in the past and making vile remarks to has now become a Teammate and a friend, I don't see how so many people can vouch for his character if he has only interacted with these newfound friends and teammates, when it's clear in the past his outrageous statements and otherwise were out of immature childish anger towards minecraft enemies, what's actually changed that he won't harrass any other player that opposes him on the game? To me the only thing that's changed is that he is befriended the guy he harassed
However I remain neutral as although I can't vouch for his change I also can't say that he hasn't as I have no proof to truly indicate to that.
I think players that go so far as to manage to obtain a perm ban on loka for this kind of thing have to do quite a lot, so for that I question if 3 months is a justifiable time.
