If you read skuhoo's message carefully he was ghosting them before the screenshare. While in dsari's case he crashed/left during the screenshare.
Yes but in both cases, it's the same results. in the crash/also ghosting he could of deleted files, removed hack clients etc, and the fact he was given a second chance is also weird in this context

Everyone who reached the final was screen-shared to ensure they were not breaking any rules, which has become pretty standard practice during festivals providing staff are around to do this. As you mentioned during your screen share you bluescreened and consequently left the screen share. We cannot 100% prove either way that this was the reason you left the screen share. Despite this though we had no choice but to perma ban you. While it is possible for the odd innocent player to get caught out by this, it is an important policy to have. Without it, every hacker or ban evader has an out and can avoid screen shares by unplugging their PC or forcing a crash.

During the festival over 20 unique players made comments believing that someone else (most likely Gomez or fzu) was playing on your account. You have been to 17 conquest fights and your stats are 5/20. It is pretty apparent that you are not known as a good Pvper. You had never played 1v1 potion ranked (with the exception of 1 game) until July 14th, the day before the festival, at which point you went 34/3 and climbed to Diamond I. It looks fairly clear that you were either not on your account during this time, or hacking. We don't understand what you stood to gain from having a player play on your account as none of the immediate suspects are banned, we can only assume 'memes'.

At a later date, we approached you and requested a crash dump, which would have proved to us you legitimately bluescreened, and potentially why. You were unable to provide us with this, which does not prove malice (since it will not be created if you hard shut down your PC after bluescreening) but it also does not prove it was legit.

In conclusion, all evidence points to some kind of wrongdoing during and before the festival, however, it is largely irrelevant since our policy has to be to ban those who avoid screenshares in festivals/conquest.
