Hello, I am Schmiti and I got banned for using Macros.
First of all, I sincerely apologize for having them on my PC and for not realizing it.
The macro file that was found during my SS comes from my keyboard and mouse software, Roccat Swarm. Until the SS, I had no idea that such a file even existed, because the file, I believe, is installed automatically with the software. (I checked: If I uninstall the program, the file is gone, and when I reinstall it, the file instantly comes back.This can also be checked. But I don’t understand much about PCs and programs, so maybe this is normal.)
I completely understand that it is my responsibility to be aware of the rules, and I regret not checking my software more carefully. However, I genuinely didn’t know that Roccat Swarm contained macros, and I have been using this program for four years without any issues.
I also understand that it is hard for you to simply take my word for it, that I did not knew, but I have had this software for four years now and never had any complications because of it.
Therefore, I deeply regret not removing the program sooner, and I hope that I can continue playing Loka as I have for the past four years because I really enjoy playing Loka and would love to continue being part of the community.
I know lifting the perma ban after such a short time seems like the wrong decision but please also consider reducing it to a temporary ban (like 6 months or more or less).
I would truly appreciate a second chance—of course, without the program installed.
