Banned for: using Macros

Hello, I am Schmiti and I got banned for using Macros. I would like to clarify the situation and kindly request a reconsideration of my ban.
First of all, I understand that the presence of this file was against the rules, but I was genuinely unaware of it and I apoligize for that.
The macro file that was found during my SS comes from my keyboard and mouse software, Roccat Swarm. I had no idea that such a file existed because, as I later found out, it is automatically installed with the software.(I checked: If I uninstall Roccat Swarm, the file disappears, and when I reinstall it, the file reappears instantly.This can also be checked. However I don’t understand much about PCs and programs, so maybe this is normal and I was just unaware of this detail.)
At no point did I intentionally use macros to gain an unfair advantage in the game. I have been using Roccat Swarm for four years without any issues, and I never configured or used its macro functions. I completely acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that my setup complies with the server rules, and I regret not checking my software more carefully.
I also understand that it is hard for you to simply take my word for it, that I did not knew, but in the four years of use I have never had any complications because of it and with that I was unaware.
To prevent any issues in the future, I have now completely removed Roccat Swarm from my PC and will make sure that no software with macro functions is installed again and I will take extra caution.
I understand the seriousness of rule enforcement on this Serer and would appreciate the opportunity for a lifted/reduced ban duration as a sign of good faith. I know lifting the perma ban after such a short time seems like the wrong decision but If a permanent ban cannot be lifted, I kindly ask you to consider reducing it to a temporary ban.
Therefore, again I want to say that I deeply regret not removing the program sooner, and I hope that I can continue playing Loka as I have for the past four years because I truly enjoy playing on Loka and would love to continue being part of the community.
I would really appreciate a second chance—of course, without the program installed.
