One cannot use alliance chat while being muted unfortunately and lores do not pop up in chat.

-1 he played a trick on me saying he got a dm but lured me in a gank and i died so ghastly. (+1 ive known him before loka atleast 2 years good person and kind hearted id say to allow him back into chat and be able to talk freely again.)
