With the next month coming up shortly, it's time to make you guys aware of some upcoming changes to how Territories work. There's a real problem with unseating the incumbent (currently, the Argus alliance) and the way the current system works allows them to truly infinitely expand and remain far ahead. Because of this, we want to make the grounds a little more fair for upcoming towns and alliances to have a chance at becoming Capital themselves. After much discussion among the admins, we've decided to implement some limits to Territories. They are follows:
At present we're not limiting how much additional territory strength you can earn through destroying other Tgens. We hope this will help balance, or at least cap power for the time being. As always, these numbers are subject to change.
These changes will go into effect April 1st. Towns with over 50 territory generators as of this change being implemented will lose their TGens over capacity. TGens over the limit will be removed based on their total distance from the town.
- Towns may not have more than 50 Territory Generators
- After constructing your 25th TGen, the cost for additional TGens beyond that goes up by 10.
- IE Your 26th TGen costs 110, your 30th costs 150, up to your 50th Tgen costing 350 Territory Points
- Towns can only earn 25 Territory Strength per day from TGens. Any TGens over 25 do not count for strength.
- Alliances can only earn 100 Territory Strength per day.
