When he was clearly angry? He was unprovoked, wasn't even in conversation and personally chose to instigate and say what he said; not that it matters but it doesn't make sense for you to say it's from a point in time where he was clearly heated.but on a real note for everyone pulling ss's from a point in time where a person is clearly angry in general over something to prove their character is stupid, if I say some dumb stuff in a heated argument with my friend then realize my mistake later on and apologize as well as trying to refrain from doing it again is the true sign of character, not what I said in the moment.
For the second point, perhaps if he did own up to these incidents being mistakes and apologise for them we could then proceed to move on, but he hasnt lol, he rebuttaled via posting screenshots that are known to be fake and jumped in with his buddies making every argument that the evidence I provided was fake, so he's failed to show remorse or guilt, proved he's a liar, and has made his whole appeal even outside of the provided evidence seem insincere due to this lying
