helmets which i depo in void storage dont go to the helmet chest and they just dissapear.

(you can check my logs to see that i didnt take them out)

in total 32 kit enchanted helmets lost

This generally means you have somehow duped those helmets such that VS will delete all but 1 of them. The question is how you produced/duped (which could have been on accident) those helms.

all i remember was: i went to market and looked for the cheapest seller with the most supply of the same helmets (prot 4 unbreaking 3) i just spammed shift and leftclick till my whole inventory was full, the shards got spent and i had the helmets, after that i went to town and void storaged them, my ping was stable the whole time, but i also lost like 4k shards.
