Today I've been playing on Loka ranked pot, yesterday was a bad day bcz I got demoted to Copper 3 and today I promoted to Gold 1 and I wanted to climb to Gold 2, while I was playing a staff freezed me unexpectedly and I asked what's going on and my screen freezed and my game disconnected bcz that issue, when I re logged on I asked again what happened and the staff didn't answer me.I was willing to accept the SS bcz ppl know me for being a legit player bcz I'm a tester in Dia pot comm and I used to be in the Neth Pot one, to be a tester u don't have to be toxic and a legit player.This is my second ban since my first ban was for admitting macros, ik disconnecting while frozen is considered as Refuse SS but I logged on in 12sec, I have a proof of it, but the person didn't want to SS me, I hope y'all understand me and ppl who know me since I played netherite they know I've never cheated, considering in 12 seconds nothing can be deleted, so imo it was an unfair ban and lack of evidence, I hope y'all understand sometimes I have some issues with my PC Even if it's not accepted I hope the time gets reduced to some months instead permanently

Leaving the game is refusing to SS. You could have very easily changed your minecraft installation to another profile and relogged without cheats or non allowed mods.
