Hello, I am appealing my ban for "Assisting in Evading a Sanction." I was on a Discord call with some friends when a user joined who was evading a sanction. I was on the call (only on the call, not logged into the game) and didn't know this user was evading a sanction. Later, when some friends and I realized this user was evading a sanction, we decided to report him.
After this, the user was banned, but we realized that I and three other friends were also banned for "assisting" this user in evading a sanction. The thing is, none of us knew this user was evading a sanction until we decided to report him.
I would like this misunderstanding to be resolved. I really enjoy playing Loka, and I recently invested money in it.

It should be clarified that neither I nor any of my friends knew this user; I'm leaving this video here in case it's helpful.
