I would like to appeal my ban for allegedly helping a banned alt account

The situation was actually a misunderstanding. I was in a call with some friends when another player joined us. None of us knew that this player was banned at the time. Someone invited him to the party so he could play with us, but we were completely unaware of his ban status

I also want to clarify that I never gave this player any items or resources. He was already geared and had his own town, so I did not assist him in any way. As soon as we found out that he was banned, we were planning to report him together, but by the time we realized the situation, it was already too late

I did not knowingly help or support a banned player, and any interaction with him was completely unintentional. I respectfully ask you to review my case and reconsider my ban
