Reason: Hate Speech

Hello Loka, i started playing loka in the summer 2024 after i got introduced to the server and the pvp truth friends who i had played other servers with, mainly crusalis. I quickly started to like the server due to pvp focus which i wanted to become better at, alongside the many other things to do like grinding or exploring. I didnt get to play the server for a very long time but still learned a lot about it. Prior to my original punishment i have not been warned, muted or tempbanned.

I originally got banned for things i said to daqniel, whom i have appologized to, which he accepted, even leaving postive feedback on my 1st appeal for more details: (https://forums.lokamc.com/threads/waqst-ban-appeal.10643/). After my ban was originally reduced to a tempban i was really happy and was hyped to play again but the staff reversed their decision, due to "more evidence has come to light showing hate speech within recent months", im not 100% sure what i was reported for therefore i can only guess, which was something i said to someone else in minecraft in a moment of not thinking and being careless about my words, i can only again apologize and try my best to not repeat my actions. I also want to apologize to the staff team as i have wasted their time with my stupid behaviour.

The past 3 months i mainly played other servers and games with close friends and spend time with family and friends. I understand the importance of the lesson I learned and have been taking responsibility for my behaviour. I hope i can become a part of the community again as i really enjoy it.

waqst has been one of the nicest and most fun people I have ever met online and have spent a lot of time with him playing on many other servers, and thus I can 100% vouch that he has bettered himself as a person and throughout his time spent on servers, he has NOT been harmfully disrespectful to any person, be they opps or allies. So it is safe to say that waqst definetely made an effort on his own self.

Waqst will only be a positive to the community, as he has been everywhere else he plays. Ask anyone who he has played with on other servers and they will only have good things to say about him.

I believe a long enough time has passed for him to get an unban. I’ve been vcing and playing other servers with him almost daily for a good while and he is genuinely a changed man. I do not remember the last time I heard him say any bad slurs. He has even gotten forgiveness from Daqniel (the person who originally got him banned). It having been such a long time since his ban (564 days) and him getting forgiven by Daqniel should be enough no? Waqst is also alot more chill than he used to be back when he got banned. I remember him as this angry guy who was always mad for any reason and I can happily say that he is no longer the type of person he used to be. Waqst would also be good for the community to have. He has much interest in playing Loka, is friendly and knows a lot of stuff about the server. He has helped many people get the water stone (including me) from behind the chains of his ban.
