Dear Loka,
this is my 3rd unban appeal i will go over everything so u dont have to read any of the previous once. First of all for those of u who dont know me i am waqst i started playing in 2024 after being recruited by a friend to loka.
Why do i want to get unbanned? After being recruited by a friend i quickly "mained" the server as i liked a lot of the aspects of it such as the pvp, conquest, grinding and just playing with friends which is probably the main reason why i want to return to the server as loads of my friends play it and i would love to have fun with them. Its also one of the best developed servers i have seen there is loads of cool stuff and the little staff involvement in the actual gameplay makes it far better then loads of other servers.
Why did i get banned in the first place? In the 2024 i was young, ignorant and stupid. I said a lot of bad stuff to Daqniel and others who reported me at the time. I have appologized to daqniel and others from that time and he gave positive feedback on my other appeals. In december of 2025 my appeal was originally accepted and i was tempbanned therefore i wont go into more detail about this as it seems resolved.
After my first appeal was accepted the Loka staff changed their mind during my tempban for "Our decision has been reversed after more evidence has come to light showing hate speech within recent months." First thing i wanna say is sorry as the staff wanted to give me another chance and i didnt behave. As far as this report goes i can only guess as i was never told by anyone what it was about. The only incedent i can remember that fits the timeframe is a conversation on gankmc. I fought the player Spacex who also plays loka, after i killed him he msged me " I wanna call u something that starts with N, but i wanna get unbanned from another server" , to which i replied with the n word, at the time i thought its a joke but it was very stupid and once again i can only appologize. (if i was reported for something else then i have no clue what im sorry thats all i can say, i mention this incedent as there was a screenshot of it which was also spread in another community.) Regardless i acted stupidly and also want to apologize to the loka staff team whom´s time i wasted with my behaviour.
Why should i be unbanned? I believe i have definitely made consistent progress and have been taking responsibility for my behaviour. The past 3 months i mainly played other servers and games with close friends and spend time with family and friends. I understand the importance of the lesson I learned. I hope i can become a part of the community again as i really enjoy it.
