I've noticed webbed bolas don't work if the snowball hits someone when they are on damage cooldown from anything else making it so you have to stop hitting someone to use the item. It also rarely doesn't work sometimes for reasons I don't know.

ive noticed it doesnt work if they are already on a cooldown too, idk if thats intentional but if they have like 1 second left on cooldown and u throw it i feel like it should reset it
