Who is Presak and why is he Coming.

ive seen these around loka alot and ive been wondering who he was. With the recent new quest with Tasp I found 2 new signs and I have no clue what they mean. Why cant we trust Dhanri and why is Presak coming for Loka

Preksak was one of the original Slicers and the main antagonist of Loka. He has destroyed previous worlds of Lokans which resulted in total resets of everything. It was believed that he had died for a while, but when Asymptonic returned during the Arrival questline, he informed us that Preksak was still alive. Who's to say he won't return and how do we know Dhanri has benevolent intentions? Cool finds
