wJace ban appeal
I was banned 22/07/23 for being a "alt account" i have only just been recruited to Loka i played 1 fight i thought it was really fun and then got banned for being an alt account i dont know why this is happened i have never logged on with a other account or even logged onto Loka since the 22/07/23. I got banned without have any evidence presented to me and why I have gotten permanently banned on Loka. I have created a ticket on the discord about this situation for it to then be closed and i have no clue why that has occurred. I have been told a bit about this server and it looks really fun but i cannot enjoy that if im banned over all I feel like I have been accused of being an alt and I see no reason why.

The reason you were flagged as an alt is your connection was detected as a proxy and your geolocation was showing you had connected from 3 different countries within a couple of days. We have since gone through this data and it appears different services disagree on the geolocation. As a result, we think the geolocation showing different countries may be outdated and therefore incorrect. You have been unbanned, sorry for the inconvenience.
