I just don’t see any change, the interaction I had with you makes me believe you’re still the same person, and are still pretty toxic.

No i saw the messages in the rp discord of you tagging that lamp guy and told him to read your appeal and "see what emberz said" so that was ofc was before they said that stuff, however since its been a few days me and you can't check the exact time because its discord, but yea You sent him towards your appeal to get him to read it and specifically told him to check my post. You did not tell them specifically what to say, but you gave them the idea of doing that.
Yeah I know you didn't, I was just pointing out what happened after I -1ed this appeal, I said I don't have a confirmation of you doing it because I genuiely don't think you did but idrk.
Well I think the best way to judge an appeal is to do it off someone you don't know anyway since you won't have bias in a good or bad way towards them. Also how am I trying to ruin your chances of getting an unmute? Literally everything i said in that 1st "essay" was 100% based off of facts and logic, I did say that my interaction with you is also a reason I don't think you deserve an unmute however i later on rethought of taking that part back after noticing you got muted AFTER posting this comment and not before. But literally, practically and almost everyone who -1's a unban/unmute appeal does it because of their interaction with that individual. Also yeah the fact that we have barely interacted as well is kind of a reason too since I've got one hell of a first impression off of you and im assuming i've only seen 1 side of you. What do you mean come out of hiberenation? I've always been active on these forums, ever since I made this forums account, not 1 day did I not check them, and yeah I've been decently active on loka, last time i logged on loka was literally the last day I had my main pc before it broke down, when i get it back ill probably start doing more ganks with dzne.
I saw the regional powers chat man, I saw zaid sending a link of his unban appeal and tagging lamp I think it was to check what I specifically said, then I got banned in regional powers so I don't see your messages, then got unbanned, then rebanned, then when I got unbanned for good I checked my mentions and saw a couple messages/mentions deleted of mine :O
I forgot what you have said, and im too lazy to check the previous pages, however, I was harrased by you or lamp or that ksleep guy or all 3 of you guys I don't really remember. "Harassment is any unwanted behavior, physical or verbal (or even suggested), that makes a reasonable person feel uncomfortable, humiliated, or mentally distressed. Depending on state laws, the definition and boundaries for what's considered harassing behavior may slightly vary." This does apply to me as you guys posted out-of-context screenshots of me and trying to make me a bad name in Loka's community although I never claimed to be nontoxic. Also you never made that point, as far as I can remember you made the claim that I have a dislike towards him, then followed it up with my statistics of me not being on for a month and me not being in a town.

You were asked to post something tho the messages are in the RP discord, and you even banned me on it 2 times so i don't see your messages. And when I came back I saw some of my messages about me literally deleted. As I've said him calling me a hacker was for-the-most part irrelevant to me -1ing the appeal, I would have no problem with +1ing it if it wasn't for his past punishment track. Like I think staff wouldn't want to keep unmuting someone when they continuously get perm muted. You or the other people in the RP discord wouldn't have said "Emberz fucked himself up and fucked zaids chances of getting an unmute" If i was spitting complete jibberish.
that Ihopnow guy -1ed his appeal, he didn't come at you guys harassing any of you guys, or posting screenshots, he simply made a claim and moved on. Whilst you guys did the complete opposite ._. you didnt just come out and +1 his appeal and then moved on, you did the exact opposite by replying to me with nonsense; that I've already dealt with. Also yeah there is proof in the RP discord, literaly just reread your messages yall. I haven't logged on discord today yet but fingers crossed you didn't delete y'alls messages again.
Summary: I do not know if zaid is currently a good person or not; however I saw ihopnow say he still is toxic so idrk, I also got a weird first impression out of him, I think he did himself no favor by doing this stuff to me or ihopnow. However since his comment on my video was before he even got muted then the commenting part is now irrelevant. however its still a -1 from me because of his past punishment track. I think 1 perm mute should've been enough to get him to realize that as a warning.

No? First of all I want to point out that since me, kSleep and Constantine are close friends of almost 2 years we have a private gc together with some other friends where we talk about loka and since this is my unmute appeal basically all of the updates about this appeal is going to get to all of them one way or another. HOWEVER I have never asked them specifically to post on my appeal. They do that on their own and I have no control over that. But I can swear on my life I did not tell Lamp in any way to check my appeal. I wish I could've looked it up but Lamp deleted the entire RP trusted general chat, and before you comment it, no he didn't do it because of this appeal (I think). There was like 1.5 years worth of history on there and I don't think he would've deleted it all for the sake of this appeal.
Too much conjecture and not enough evidence, it would benefit the conversation to include screenshots of things you accuse people of.

Ok first off I mean he deleted some messages, I didnt even know he deleted the #trusted chat channel. I meant the messages. Also I stated above that I dont think you told them "hey say this to him with this: etc etc" But you defiently sent them because I saw you tag lamp in the rp discord, and told him to read what i said, you either told him "look at what emberz is posting" or "why is emberz typing a essay under my appeal" I was going to get screenshots of those messages when I log on discord today but now since you said #trusted chat is deleted I guess theres no way to do that anymore. BUT I literally remember you tagged him and told him to check etc etc about Emberz. you mentioned my name, and sent a link (not sure but i think you did) of your appeal. I can't b hallucinating that specific on information, If i remember correctly if your the guy with a cat as your profile picture, then your definitely the guy who did those stuff on dc.

I'm pretty sure bl8 did that but idk man, it's just gonna be a yes-no back and forth thing and at this point, I think it would be better to leave it at this. We've both made our statements pretty clear and let's just let Magpieman check it out and see what he thinks.

If you claim to be toxic yourself, and as shown in the ss I posted first to be a complete hypocrite, then you have no tenable position to judge Zaid for it especially considering that screenshot was just a month ago. Stop writing whole 6000 words dissertations.

its out of context because I never said or claimed to be a non toxic person, never said I didn't say those words, or anything like that. that makes it out of context. Because it doesn't take away or disapprove anything I said, I said what he said can be sensitive to a lot of people, then you guys replied with screenshots of my toxicity like that would change or disapprove anything I said. Its completely irrelevant to his unmute. Basically instead of trying to defend him, you chose to try to attack me with screenshots just because i -1ed his appeal.

I clearly said why it is considered harassment as well as gave you a definition to the term "harassment" to support my claim.
As I've said before "That doesnt make sense. Thats basically saying that a toxic person doesnt have the right to report another toxic person for toxicity since they can't "judge others for being toxic" or a toxic player can't be mod on a server that aren't toxic on and can't mute other people for being "toxic" And yes what I said defiantly can be sensitive but as I said, I just am a toxic person, I obviously am not trying to find a justification for what I said because it is wrong, but attacking ME for my toxicity is irrelevant especially if I myself am admitting it. Reason being is that whether I am toxic or aren't toxic that still doesn't change what I said about, Cancer, and autism both being very serious topics to "joke about" and can be sensitive to people."
A toxic person definitely has the ability to judge what is and what isnt toxic. That makes absolutely 0 sense.

I mean you said "This is a forums post where everyone discusses" yet when i posted my opinion on why he shouldn't get an unmute you and lamp and ksleep all jumped me even though ITS A FORUMS POST WHERE EVERYONE DISCUSSES. and no this didn't just happen to me cuz I am "toxic" this also happened to ihopnow, when he -1ed the appeal zaid and lamp both did practically the same thing. Its like you guys are trying to convince any1 who -1s zaid to +1 him, or if you can't do that then you'd try attacking them with screenshots of THEMSELVES being toxic in a unmute appeal for a completely different person.
