Whether I am or am not toxic, Common sense should tell you that I can still differentiate between what toxic and whats not, and whats sensitive to people and whats not. However I would never dare to say any of this stuff on Lokas Forums, discord, or game chat, Also Idk how much times you're gonna have me repeat myself BUT the majority of the reason i -1ed was because of his past punishment track. What he said and what I said can be sensitive to people, and is toxic, but on an unban/unmute appeal I believe its better to stay on topic of the player whos appealing rather than try and attack others with screenshots.As I have established they were definitely not out of context screenshots and if we are getting technical which you seem to want, the definition of harassment under British law is " when a person behaves in a way which is intended to cause you distress or alarm." and under US law "any repeated or continuing uninvited contact that serves no useful purpose beyond creating alarm, annoyance, or emotional distress." Our responses fit none of these descriptions. You got your definition from some internet blog called "Inspired eLearning" , and even your definition does not fit our response, I seriously doubt you are feeling uncomfortable , humiliated or mentally distressed right now. If you are then thats a personal problem not ours.no? If you wanna go under National law, then I can. "Harassment is governed by state laws, which vary by state, but is generally defined as a course of conduct which annoys, threatens, intimidates, alarms, or puts a person in fear of their safety." this does fit in this category as it was a frustrating and annoying time dealing with random screenshots of MY TOXICITY under a unmute appeal of SOMEONE ELSE. Like you literally went out of your way to find screenshots because I -1ed an appeal that have 0 relevance to this unmute appeal because of what I stated above, And now the same exact thing is legit happening to IHopNow, and the same exact people, Ksleep, and Zaid. This surely isn't a coincidence. If you can't handle seeing some -1 an appeal or suggestion on a virtual forum site about a block game, then you probably shouldn't have gotten on it in the first place.

" but now you're changing your mind, but im okay with that so lemme get a few things straight; A toxic player does have the right to judge someone else for being toxic and/or saying a specific toxic word ESPECIALLY when they said it on a discord server that didn't even mute the person on, whilst the other said it in-game chat. Reason being is just because most toxic player know whats right from wrong, and they know what they're doing is against the community and know that they're in the wrong, However me making the claim that Autism, and Cancer are both serious topics is just a fact, toxic or not, in the mc community or not, it'll always be a serious topic both online and in real life. I know whats right from wrong, and I know what I said was wrong and can be sensitive, and I know what zaid said is also wrong. Simple as that.
Thats not what I'm saying though. Since it is a public thread where everyone discusses then you guys shouldn't have all went out on me with screenshots JUST BECAUSE i -1ed an appeal. And as stated above, I'm sure you guys probably do this to everyone that would -1 his appeal as the same exact people did it to Ihopnow. Im open to seeing replies, but not when its random screenshots of me talking in a discord that isn't lokas and multiple people doing the same thing to both me and ihopnow.
