Ban Reason: Alt of Night_Saint
Dear LokaMC Team,
This is my fourth appeal.
It has been 16 months since my last appeal and 2.5 years since my account was banned.
First of all, I want to make a summary of my previous appeals.
(Sorry, my English is not good. I used a translator)
In the first appeal, I didn't get unban because it was only about 5 months before the ban. I think this is reasonable because I did use the illegal module "mouse tweak", and I tried to ban evading.
My first appeal failed because "We don't feel enough time has passed so the ban will remain for now".
In the second appeal, someone identified me as "doxxer" or sent harassing messages to others. I didn't do this. I hope these players who identified me will provide substantial evidence about me sending harassing messages or doxx others.
My second appeal failed because "due to your conduct outside the sevrer we will not be lifted the ban at this time."
In the third appeal, because I haven't played loka for a long time, I logged into the server with alt, which was very stupid, but I did it anyway. Kxph finally caught me as alt, which led to my ban. I'm very sorry about that.
The reason why my third appeal failed was "due to your constant attempts to ban evade we will not be lifted this ban. If you wish to be banned we recommend you stop trying to evade your ban."
I didn't try to ban evading again. I took the advice of the admin because I really wanted to be unban.
In my fourth appeal, some player stated that I was still toxic. Back then I was immature; I foolishly thought acting that way would make me feel superior, but in reality I hurt many players, for which I am truly sorry. I am far calmer and more rational now (Additionally, that server only opened around December 2024, yet Daqniel claimed I remained toxic as late as December 2025. I do not understand how this conclusion was reached)
The reason why my fourth appeal failed was "You fail to mention the scope of your ban evasions, which combined with your actions outside the server, mean we will be rejecting this appeal."

Next, I will explain, what have I done? Cause my game account to be banned.
Around December 2023, I was banned due to the fact that I was using the "MouseTweaks" mod. During suspension, I really realized how much I had missed playing in the server. Instead of remaining suspended, I stupidly relogged under my alternate account, ZeFuu.
It's been 2.5 years, and when I want to play loka, I will reflect on why I don't respect the ban and wait patiently, and make sure I abide by all the server rules. I regret making that impulsive choice now.
I'd like to apologize to anyone who I may have offended with my past actions, i've been working on improving myself since, and I trully hope you can forgive me.
Additionally, I have some extra details to add. I logged onto Loka using alternate accounts around mid-2024. By early 2025, I had used roughly 3 to 5 alts to play on the server, ZeFuu included. My last alternate account was banned in early 2025. After that, I waited about 9 months before submitting my fourth appeal in December 2025.
When my fourth appeal got denied, I came to realize that I must strictly follow all server rules if I genuinely want a fresh start. It has been around 16 months since early 2025, and I have waited faithfully up to this day without any further ban evasion attempts. All I hope is that the Loka staff can give me one more chance to log in and play on the server.
If given the opportunity to return, I promise to play fairly and be a positive and respectful citizen of the LokaMC community. I'd also like to extend my deepest apologies to anyone I disappointed. I truly do regret disappointing others, and I will do better. I'd also like to express special appreciation to Magpieman_ for going out of his way to check my client and indicate where I had made mistakes.
