+1 I have known Zye for a while, and she has never used unfair advantages before and I think this was simply an accident even if I am in enemy block alliance I think she should be unbanned/shortened ban

This argument would make sense if you went exploring towns and it was a defense as to it being lokas fault you did that, Loka trusted you that much is clear since you had Guardian in the discord and spectator in game, I'm not so sure it was a mistake on their behalf to the extent you may believe, it was trust and you proved worthy of said trust.
No offense but, who's at fault for this? Personally i can't speak to the rest of my alliance my opinions are completely objective, it's clear that in many responses to this thread BITS's aren't, they base a lot of what they are saying on what they believe rather on the facts presented, of course it's up to the admins but these are public for a reason, to give our opinions even if many are bias and illogical!
The only grounds you all have for that Zye hasn't used this before is her word, and we haven't even been given an accurate timeline for the freecamming nor a real representation for how much freecamming she did, she was screensharing so I ask anyone that was there please do speak up and elaborate on it, could help form better opinions.
She's painted it out to be, she clicked a keybind, realized she did so, logged out and changed clients. Personally I find this hard to believe, hence my stance and others on this appeal - Doesn't matter if she hasn't cheated before if she did use freecam to look around her town on any level she should have this ban.
I believe this should be a 7d minimum or a 14D Maximum ban because this was a complete accident, Zye was in her own town when it happened and it was only for a second, nothing malicious happened, after reading some of the comments it feels like some of the players are blowing this situation out of proportion. This is Zye's first offense to any rule break and it was unintentional. I do believe Zye should have reported it immediately after logging onto the correct instance of minecraft but People saying she was freecaming her whole town are wrong because she doesn't need freecam when she can world download her own town to check for things. I would agree on the Full month ban if Zye was using it to free cam other peoples towns and got caught but this isn't the case.

Ding ding ding we have a winner, and if you really did read through most of my posts not once have I claimed with certainty she did, however considering loka staff banned her, and the story itself being quite incredulous I find it much more likely that she did extensive freecamming, that is my opinion but I haven't displayed it as fact as others, I do not just believe it was one second and log out as you said! I'm glad you clarified you're chatting out of your arse and don't really actually know anything!
That's what I mean by outdated. I say leave forums posts for evidence only. Seems a bit weird that this server accounts for other PLAYERS opinions in ban appeals. I say leave it up to the hard working staff team, not the easy to be biased players! Even toxicity ban appeals. Evidence only. nothing else needed because it just goes on to countless arguments between two players.
It's quite known that players weight in these decisions is often minute unless they bring to light a compelling argument or evidence, moreso evidence than argument. It's the ol' a +1 and -1 alone has no impact, rather depending on who they are from and the reasoning behind them.
Ultimately the staff banned Zye on whatever evidence they obtained therefore they are the only ones who have a solid grasp on what should be done, as Zye has failed to give a timeline for how "fast" or how much she freecammed, admitted to doing so but not elaborating on the extent of it.
"Just feel bad for people who constantly get attacked on here simply because their a valuable player for the other team." Regarding this, I honestly don't think I've seen this occur on this thread thus yet, I've seen the opposite but not blindless attacks from Sand Force members whatsoever, surprisingly I made add usually would take place.
this is a bit of an odd situation but i honestly am thinking -1 considering that tweakeroo has a whole lot of illegal mods i think the ban should remain 30 days is not that long and if what you are saying is actually true and this is all a misunderstanding then thats just bad luck but its only a 30 day ban so if it was on accident and you didnt mean to cheat just try to not use illegal mods next time
