Summary:
Happy Holidays lokans, I was banned around 4-5 months ago for opening HL (Helian League) vuln right after it closed for Kylaz and the rest of The Onslaught. In this appeal I will be discussing why I did it, what my thought process was, and addressing all the other allegations against me as well as my final opinions and apologies to the community.
About me:
Hey guys, I am Alcaili/Fusion, either one is fine. I am 15 years old. I've been playing minecraft with my brother since I was 4 and have been inside the minecraft tier list community since late 2021, and started playing loka around early 2023. I am in 9th grade and find time to balance school and playing with little to no consequences. That's mostly it, if you have any questions feel free to dm me.
What I did while banned:
While I was banned the first few weeks I was still upset over it thinking that what I did was correct and that I was in the clear, which is wrong. On top of that I also threatened a bunch of people of who I had explicit and destructive behavior towards which I have refrain from releasing as most of it is out dated and is messed up as a whole as these players did nothing to cause this issue besides myself. I took time off of minecraft and talking to others in general except for a select few who’ve been with me since the start, to play other games, clear my head and work on myself. During my ban, I played other games such as OSU, Geometry dash, Super Smash, Valorant, Wuthering waves, and MWIII as a break to clear my head and just enjoy the time I have left on my computer since my injury back in May. I fixed my mistakes and understanded and learned how to take accountability for my actions and learn what I did wrong and how I can improve on the situation in a later time.
Why I was banned:
On August 23, 2025, Kylaz messaged me over discord right after HL vuln had ended and asked me what would it take, for me a proxima sub, to open HL’s vuln. The price I was paid was 80k in cores and 3 customizable lores which equals around 140k. The original plan was for me to place a neutral which changed to me placing on a regular tile so they could get “more places in” which is false. Place happened around 8pm est, with players like nora and nb23 running around to get the extra places in, which was false, and eventually the fight got terminated, and me and kylaz both got banned (mine perm and kylaz temp).
Previous server history:
I was banned a total of 3 times, all spaced out. The first one was back in 2023 which was explained here: https://forums.lokamc.com/threads/alcailis-2nd-unban-appeal.8358/ .
My second ban was earlier in 2025 during March, when I got banned for having the mod Freecam inside my mods folder. This was a total accident as I was playing on a server called Lifesteal net, where I was freecamming to get inside of peoples bases and raid them before getting told to get on loka so I can grind. This was a total accident and has never happened again as I am more cautious to what mods I use before I load into loka.
For Guardians/Elders:
During this time, my brother ImtakingBoris has been banned for being an alt. I have never tried to alt, nor thought about doing so as it is never worth it and I probably have a higher chance writing this, then get away with alting. Along with that I have also used the wrong account to check my ban length. I'm not sure if that counts, but I thought I should address it just to be clear and to make sure you know I had no bad intentions if I was flagged at all. Sorry for the inconveniences. On top of that, in terms of rule 11.1 I thought there was a work-around especially behind the meaning of starting a battle with no intentions to win, which was true, but still a really stupid decision. Even to this day I still regret trying to “cheese” the system and try to follow and obey my own rules. I take full accountability towards that.
Apologies:
To the leaders of HL I am extremely sorry for all that has been done. Yes, this is my fault and obviously I should’ve rethought some decisions made that day, but I can’t change them. I can only accept what I’ve done, learn and move on. To proxima, yes I know this was big and I betrayed your trust which is something I can never get back, but hopefully I can make it back one day, along with all the people alongside them who were impacted from this incident too. I am not blaming anyone and I am taking full accountability for this. Yes, some of you I have already contacted and privately apologized to (thanks for listening) and for everyone else I am extremely sorry. I am the only one to blame for this happening and I whole-heartedly ask for your forgiveness as it would mean a lot to get it back.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, I am not asking for anything. The damage was already done, and it cannot be reversed. Again I am extremely sorry to every single one of you and I hope to change your view on this situation and give me a second chance.
