Ban Reason: Win trading/Town betrayal

Overview:
Good morning, Lokans (from when im posting this) for those of you who don’t know, I was banned for Win Trading/Town Betrayal, around 9 months ago, due to me opening Helian League’s vuln time for a sum of money from the opposing alliance leader, Kylaz. In this appeal, I will be discussing who I am, why I was banned, and much more.
About me:
My name is Alcaili. I am 15 years old and have been playing Minecraft PvP for almost 7 years, and Loka for 3, alongside my brother (who's a little loose-mouthed). I first logged on Loka because of a good friend at the time Psyhced, but never started playing until well-known member Skittle52 invited Kytuo and me to Ascended. We played for 2 weeks, then quit before coming back late in 2024. Outside of Loka, I run D2 track, holding 2 school records in the 4x4 as a freshman team (3:28) before ending my season with a broken foot, which ended us in last for league finals.
Why was I banned?
On August 23, 2025, popular player Kylaz called me on Discord and offered me a large sum of money to open Helian League’s vuln to have a chance at winning the month. The idea was to wait for their asian recruits to log on, and all I had to do was wait for their signal. Catgirlnora and NB23 were waiting on separate tiles for me to open vuln. The message came through, and I placed as one of their members (I don’t remember who) placed a neutral tile, opening their vuln. This message was originally spread before when I talked to a few close friends to start gathering people, as there was a fight, and I'm sorry for what's about to happen next. With that being said, I still had full intentions to warp and fight whether we won or lost, I’d still give it my all. This was all done as a sub-owner for Proxima, which got me my town betrayal ban that I already discussed with the Proxima owners and personally apologized to them. Furthermore, this also went along with me to my town, and taking full advantage as a sub-owner and used my power for harm. This is something that shouldn't be messed with, as I do not own the town, and shouldn't do anything major without the authorities giving me the signal that I'm allowed to do so. Once again forrest and Scotrian, I am sorry for what I had done.
Win Trading Rule:
During March, I found out that Cryptite and the others had decided to remove the win trading rule for conquest. I believe that it was a smart decision for everyone since there were too many “loopholes” that were going around to make it not count as placing with no intent to win. Like fellow server members had said, “Oh, you should’ve placed a neutral and made an excuse that you were claiming tiles.” This overall makes the rule extremely unclear and also takes too much time off the staff's hands to try to figure out and coordinate this with others on how to properly handle the situation. Plus, changing it so you physically could not place from 12-8 am server time is smart too, but also limits players who live in Asia and the Middle East to stay on longer just to get that fight in when players are on and active. Overall, I think making this rule was smart, along with clarifying some other rules that players have been using to get by.
Previous Bans:
I was banned a total of 3 times. These bans were all spaced out, with the first one being back in 2023 when I was new, and I decided to help a player named Bestofniger evade by providing him a home and more. This should’ve never happened as I had it in my mods folder from another server I had been playing earlier, and forgot to change my mods afterwards, which is a lesson I learned to be more cautious about what I have, and use from that day on.
While I was banned & Guardian/Elders
During my ban, I thought. Thought about all the decisions and what they meant, and how I could’ve altered what I do. I 100% accept the fact that this was totally my fault, and even while I played I understood how I was egotistical, and somewhat toxic too. Timing was bad too, because during July-late August, I was getting over a breakup I had with someone I had been with for a while. I know that doesn’t seem like much, but sometimes it hurts, and messed with who I was. Other than that, I spent most of my time playing Geometry Dash, Valorant, and Overwatch. In addition, I have a sibling who has also been banned after me in fear that I could try to evade on his PC too. I’ll keep it straight, and we don’t play on each other's PC as we both keep our own privacy and respect it too, especially on our phones and computers.
Acknowledgement:
I know what I did was wrong, and I think this serves as a learning experience for me and others, too. You can’t alter the rules just because something isn’t directly clarified, and I take full accountability for what happened. I'm extremely sorry for the damage that was caused, especially to HL and the active staff who spent time out of their day to fix the damage that was inflicted on Loka. Betraying trust is a big thing when it comes to everything. I lost a lot that day, not just from the leaders, but also from my own online friends. To this day, I know I still left a scar when talking to Phantic. I’ve mentioned before that I’ve reached out to Proxima, but not HL. I know I should, but I also know that they want absolutely nothing to do with me, and I hope some of you understand that.
Conclusion:
To wrap it up (I know I talk a lot), I understand that what I did was utterly stupid, and in general, shouldn’t have happened, but I learned from my mistakes and nothing like this or anything awful will come again. I’m extremely sorry for all of the damage I’ve done and the holes left in the community that I have caused. I'm young, and make mistakes that is definitely known, but one last chance is all I need.
