Its just really annoying to switch clients and a bunch of people dont want to play loka because they always have to switch to lunar or the mc launcher to play loka. Also its basically just fabric with added built in mods which are allowed on loka.

It is because it lacks api for disabling features server-side whereas clients like Lunar do. However, I would not recommend installing it on your PC even if it did.
