Obviously, Squid is my friend and has been for a long time, so I won’t pretend I’m not biased. That said, I think it’s important to consider how much time has passed since his ban. I’m not excusing what was said or done. some of it was inexcusable to say the least. But I know Squid on a more personal level than most people here do, and I’ve seen his growth firsthand.
He’s matured a lot, taken responsibility for his past actions, and put real effort into becoming a better person. I truly believe he’s changed and that, if given another chance, he could contribute positively to the community rather than harm it.
