Ez2Clutch's 2nd ban appeal

You've made the very same promises as you did in your previous appeal which were proven to be insincere and in-genuine, I have reason to believe that anyone with "deep rooted" racism or toxicity has a hard time reverting it, the reason I +1 many other appeals of the kind are because usually the players aren't actually racists or extremely toxic people and they just made foolish mistakes, or atleast have genuinely changed.

it has been an extremely long time since both his last appeal and the toxic interactions that were used to prevent his unbanning (and an even longer time on his ban itself). he has greatly matured as is obvious by other people sharing their interactions with him, he does not play as much anymore and has things irl to worry about. as such he is no longer an irrational person who would take minecraft too seriously, and use insults for no other reason than to hurt people. thats just not who he is anymore, and that point will be proven if he gets the unban that he deserves. he just wants to return purely to play with his friends every now and then, and i do not think its fair that gets prevented because of you being unwilling to recognize that actions that long ago do not define a person now.
Exact same reasons that everyone provided last time, people vouched that he had changed and everything, yet screenshots disproved that quite fast, why is anyone to believe that this is any different, that the same friends aren't lying and +1ing again, in a whole year he didn't manage to change, so I find it hard to believe that these 8 months had much of an affect once again, it becomes hard to believe someone once they have blatantly lied previously.

i am not his friend. the only reason we know each other is because we ended up on opposite sides on the same server where the proof of him being toxic had appeared. i have first hand experience with his toxicity and his sides toxicity as a whole. now that i have gotten to know alot of them, and i have seen many of them mature as time went on. i really think the same can be said for ez2clutch, again i would say its extremely unfair to not give him a chance, as is standard he should be unbanned but still be on final notice. he does not play as much anymore and does not take the game as serious as he did before. at the time of his last appeal i was fully against it because i knew he was toxic. what has changed now isnt because im friends with him (im really not we dont know each other well) its because i can understand that such a long period of time without playing as much and just experiencing real life and things more important than minecraft does change people and it does help them mature. he deserves a second chance for such a period with no toxicity, what you are doing is essentially guilty until proven innocent, and i think thats really unfair. i hope you can get my point here.

my point is he HAD that chance, he had a over 16 months previously and showed no change, I'm asking what's changed in an additional 8 months, you are merely assuming he's changed, I think it's safer to assume that he HASN'T changed, as I don't think people like this often change, but that's merely my opinion.

i think what makes this different than last time is that last time proof was provided debunking the idea that he was no longer toxic, this time there is no proof appearing and the people who provided the proof last time are willing to recognize a change in his character.
Unless they said they forgave him it's still a little open to if he has improved imo.

As far as the whole, 'debunking proof' according to the post on the last appeal the proof that ultimately got his appeal denied was given privately so it was never debunked.
what? i literally havent talked about clutch in any vcs?... i want clutch unbanned because he deserves to play the server again, not because he's good at pvp..

Ez2Clutch is the definition of NOT RACIST and NOT TOXIC. In the past these words may have described his actions but no longer. Unlike the vast majority of you lokans I have the privilege of being allowed in his personal discord where he has been working on changing his ways for months. Gone is the casual racism and bad influences that effected Clutch in the past, in their place are new supportive frens and anti-racist activism. Are you guys aware that 1/3rd of his paycheck goes to supporting APAV (Portuguese Association for Victim Support) which fights against crimes including hate crimes and human trafficking?
Personally I believe that Clutch isnt a racist at heart like so many of you claim. Like others on this platform I believe he was misled by the "shock value" of edgy and racist material. Infact in the 8 months since his last appeal he has removed the source of this racism and hatred in his discord, a man that goes by the name of "Payman". "Payman" is a vile racist and anti-LGBT activist who has ties with the Portuguese far-right. By banning "Payman" from his discord and blocking him, it shows the steps taken by Clutch to break free of this vile propagandist and his snake-like words. If anything, you should ban "Payman" from your server IMMEDIATELY to prevent the spread of this cancerous disease of hatred.
All in all I hope you can see it in you to forgive Ez2Clutch for his mistakes as a child and understand that he is working to move past his troubled youth and into a global future with the rest of us!
