In this case character isnt relevant. When someone is asking for forgivness and a 2nd chance then character plays a big role cuz it determines if someone is ready to join the community again. But in this case glory is denying that he did something wrong and staff will decide if he is guilty or innocent, and what matters is proof in this specific case, not other conduct. Also if you have proof of someone cheating, make sure to report it
