Home Territory Expansion Module Idea

I have a suggestion
The "Home Territory Expanding Module"
Now this module can be on the TGEN in your home territory
Like the town itself
It costs approximetly 30% Of your town chest
depending how much shards you have in there
And it can expand your home town territory
But when it expands it will shrink your other territories nearby that are owned by you
By around 100-500 blocks
500 is the max
And the more you expand it
The daily shard cost becomes greater ( 50%)
And if you do not pay up the required shard cost
Your home territory will slowly shrink into it's original state before you expanded it
Now if you expand your home territory
And your landlocked by other towns
You can't take their territory like that
Now you can expand in every direction but you can only choose 1 ( North, West, East, South)
You can only expand the home territory if your town is bordered by other territories owned by yourself

And if you think this would make raiding & flying with an elytra impossible
Raiding isn't just finding an entrance & going in
It's about being creative & making your own way inside or using special things
