This may well be my last forums post but I have just been made aware of a situation on LokaMC that really should not be happening considering we tried to get it resolved over 4 years ago when I first started playing Loka. I hope you all get the time to fully read this post and see EVERYTHING I have to say about this situation.
I wanted to bring a serious issue to the attention of the admins and fellow players. I encountered someone on a server displaying extremely inappropriate behaviour, which I believe crosses the line into predatory actions. Specifically, this player was engaging in conversations that were harmful and inappropriate with someone who is not even legally allowed to consent. I know this was 4 years ago, however I don't believe that these actions could ever be forgiven.
I met this "individual" on a towny earth server called XylumEarth, it was my first time on a 1.9 PvP Server and when first meeting this person I had noticed how toxic they were. Within a week everyone knew this individual as they were incredibly toxic and it did not take long for the screenshots attached (EVIDENCE 1) to get leaked. I have blurred both names as I do not see a need to openly out this individual unless staff request for me to do so. This screenshot is between the individual on Loka (Who claimed to be 17 at the time) and a girl on this towny server (13 at the time). As you can see the things said in this conversation are extremely inappropriate ESPECIALLY for someone who is only 13. This means even at this current date in certain countries this individual is still unable to legally consent.
Considering I and many others had sent these screenshots to staff around 4 years ago and nothing was done because of this, I believe this is because they claimed that the screenshots were faked.
Staff had claimed that the individual that had experienced this predatory behaviour had to report it themselves for any action to be taken, this would've been impossible considering the individual had quit Minecraft after this had happened. Considering it didn't happen to me directly and I was still appalled by these actions, imagine how this individual would have felt being so young and being the target of such behaviour.
I am currently trying to contact the victim of these horrendous actions taken by this individual and will update the forums post if they reply, however I do not suspect they will considering it has been 2 years since the last time we were in contact with each other. I'm doing this because staff refuse to take any action if the victim herself does not come forward, I quite frankly find this ridiculous as who would want to play a game after such a horrible experience? However, I feel as though something like this should not be able to go unpunished so I have reached out in every way I possibly could in order to get more evidence or get them to come forward themselves.
I know that there is not likely to be any action taken because of this post but I thought I'd bring it to everyone's attention to make them aware of the situation along with mine and many others stance on the matter. This screenshot was previously claimed to be "fake" however I do not know why anyone would have a reason to fake this considering the severity of the matter.
May I also say that this individual is also still EXTREMELY toxic and homophobic (EVIDENCE 2)
I also think it is ironic how the aforementioned individual has tried to fake screenshots of others being paedophiles as you can see (EVIDENCE 3.) and the link to a medal clip provided below.

For context for this next part: I was going out with a few friends between writing this and found the individual was being extremely weird & toxic about this whole situation whilst I was out.. I had an idea to message the owner of the server where the incident happened as I realised that I still had him added on discord.
LASTIY (Yes I am naming him since the rest of the screenshots are things that he DIRECTLY denied in our conversation) said about how he did not know any of the people or the server I was referencing (EVIDENCE 4-) "Cherry" is referencing the online persona of the individual that he had harassed and Xylum Earth as stated previously is the server that this event had happened on. I proceeded to contact the owner ("Quara") of Xylum Earth in order to see if he would be able to help me as he had banned Lastiy for this exact reason. Quara is still in touch with many of the people that played Xylum in 2020-2021 when this incident had occurred, therefore he was able to find proof of Lastiy playing this server and what the player base had said about him.
This next selection of evidence (Evidence 6-8) is from the time just before Lastiy was banned from Xylum Earth SPECIFICALLY FOR BEING A PAEDOPHILE. The mentioned time (Around June 2020) was when Lastiy was at war with a large portion of the server including the United States.
As you can see, in these screenshots, Lastiy had clearly lied about not knowing what Xylum Earth is. This may be to try and protect himself not knowing that I had access to this or for other reasons, I do not know I can't read his mind. Accusing me of "faking" screenshots because it is the first thing he thought to do to try to get me banned before (Evidence 9-10). I have no reason to fake anything as I have quit Loka and sold all of my items, I purely do not want an animal like this to be able to play a server that potentially has minors online. These screenshots prove that he had played Xylum earth and terrorised the player base that was full of role players just trying to have fun.

The next chapter in the story occurs AFTER Lastiy's ban on Xylum Earth, this just gives you all a picture of what the player base thought of him and what he actually did by the amount of hate that he got after the fact. (Evidence 11-15). This proves how much the server hated him as the person he had done this to was very well known and liked within the community.
I urge Loka staff to make the decision to ban this dangerous individual from their server.

I hope the Loka Staff & Player Base see this situation and are able to make a decision based on the Facts instead of whatever lies have been circling around the individual. If he does not get banned, I hope to raise awareness of how dangerous he really is and make Lokans realise that it is not safe to be around him. For those defending him, I hope you can see the truth through this post, he is not a person that should not be defended.
