And if it can be proven he faked that screenshot of coldarc, that'd be a permaban for the faking alone, not to mention its disgusting content (and harassment on top). I'd suggest everyone try to remember if he's done anything like that on Loka, and send evidence of it to the admins, so he can be banned and he doesn't keep getting away with things.

But is it not enough for the clip ADMITTING he fakes evidence and will do it more?

Sadly the clip doesn't have him admitting to faking any evidence, only him saying he has the ability to fake it for anyone he pleases. If he has sent a fake screenshot to the admins to try and get someone banned, correct me. And my message itself mentions that if it can be proven he faked the coldarc screenshot, I believe it would be harassment, and he would get banned. Same thing would apply for any other faked images that make someone appear say reprehensible stuff.
 
Haha funny thing is staff prolly read this already and they still dont ban him for some reason i wonder why
 
This is a thread we initially hadn't planned on responding to as our stance on the accusations was already made clear to the relevant parties when it was reported years ago. We've decided to respond now as this thread has since become a source of harassment.

These are extremely serious accusations but there simply isn't any relevant, verifiable evidence for us to act on. The lack of a direct report from the alleged victim limits our ability to investigate further and confirm aspects of the story, which is essential given that the authenticity of the messages and ages of those involved are disputed. Bans on other servers without the context of those bans are irrelevant; as is player sentiment surrounding the individual. Our actions must be based on what we can verify to be true, not on reputation or third-party accusations. That being said, if any new information comes forward that can be substantiated we will absolutely revisit the matter.

We'd also like to stress that the safety of our players is always our top priority. If anyone experiences inappropriate behavior on Loka's platforms or from a Lokan we encourage them to immediately report it to an Elder. We take those reports extremely seriously and act quickly when warranted.
