You keep calling me a serial doxxer but I'd be surprised if between all this arguing you found the time to present any of the evidence here to an Elder. You still haven't made an effort after 3 years to remove that picture from the public, readily available discord I showed a screenshot from earlier. This makes you look like you're trying to ruin my reputation instead of protecting your privacy (and it makes you look like you don't even care).

I could make the same argument that you and Aaron made earlier about you being depicted as a pedo in that GIF I sent 6 months ago with the remark "all the people doing +1 are obnoxious doxxers transphobes". But I don't, because to me and to anyone with common sense, it isn't to be taken seriously. That GIF wasn't meant to be true, just funny. I understand now that it's obviously wrong to try be funny by calling someone a pedophile, but it's also wrong to try be funny/discourage people from voicing their opinions by calling anyone who +1s a block game appeal an obnoxious doxxer transphobe.

There is also no evidence of me having cheated on this game, save for a ban reason on the same server for "Cheating". That's because the default ban reason at the time (i.e. you don't specify a ban reason before banning someone) was "Cheating". This was later changed and I haven't recieved a charge for cheating.

I do regret having doxxed you and the other 2 affected persons 3 years ago, but it appears that you don't care about the event, just that you can weaponize it to keep me banned. The other two have made efforts to delete their pictures from the discord server, while you did not. But, alas, my ban reason was for alting, so I'd like to leave this topic to rest and be judged for my crimes on Loka, instead of my crimes outside of it.

please explain how do you delete a message in a server you're banned in
 
im providing that example because its something you did AFTER your ban on loka and it shows clearly you didnt improve as a person at all. again, going with the "you posted it yourself somewhere else" excuse is only hurting your appeal, because, YEA THATS HOW ALL DOXXING WORKS, unless you run up to someone with a camera irl
 
"That GIF wasn't meant to be true, just funny" is a really great way to excuse doxxing and increase your chance of unban on lokamc

There is a difference between posting it to a friend or group you trust and getting it doxxed from there, and you leaking it to 50 thousand people by your own volition.

to be fair I think the issue is moreso the GIF that was made using that image and the text in that GIF not the image itself

There's prob a billion messages of me saying/doing/posting cringe shit in stoneworks when i was 16-18, id like all of them removed prob but i doubt anyone would care, considering how much stoney hates me and how much arguing it took for me to get them to remove my doxx from stoneworks wiki LOL (also posted by jepen btw)

Definetly not my proudest moment, and I do want to apologize for my use of that GIF. My problem lies in Cillia seemingly not caring as much about the GIF or the image being doxxed, but caring more about leveraging it to keep me banned. If they had really cared about the doxxing itself, they'd have called me out on sending the screenshot with text (as people could find it in 1 search), but they didn't, which just confirms my suspicion further.

Cillia didn't even know the GIF existed until after I had appealed. I'm sure that if they had found it prior, it would've been with a different discord PFP (this one is about 2 weeks old), and it would've brung about consequences much, much earlier.

cillia_1... wants people who doxxed them (multiple times)... to stay banned on loka?? cillia_1 doesnt believe that theyre "reformed" and nice? crazy, right. unlike you i dont obsess over people who opped me on minecraft 3 years ago, so yea, im not gonna message u when it happened and say "woo why would u do it ur such a bad person", because you are a bad person and i know u wont care, i know you think you're tuff and enjoy being an ass to people, i dont wanna interact with you and this is the precise reason im engaging in this thread, because i believe youre toxic and a problem to any community you touch, and should you be unbanned on loka, you will just cause trouble again, as you doxxed me just 7 months ago, and probably doxxed others more recently, im just unaware. in light of that, i dont think any unbiased side here could really believe that ur "reformed" and gonna be nice chill lovely fella now, lol

not to mention that throughout this convo you have said that doxxing someone is okay if they posted it somewhere else before, which i hope would be another good argument for staff to reject this appeal

If all you wanted was to keep me banned, a report would've sufficed. If anyone is obsessing over the other, it is you for forcing my hand in replying to you to save my own reputation.

I've never doxxed anyone other than you and the other 2 affected persons 3 years ago. 6 months ago it was a discord GIF of the picture you posted 3 years ago and kept public for 3 years. I regret the use of that GIF, and I have expressed my regret multiple times, but you do not even care about the GIF itself. If you did, you would have found the GIF earlier, and had reported me instead of causing a whole circus flooding an appeal with 70 messages in the first 12 hours of it being open (and looking like a clown the whole time).

In light of this appeal being clogged further by me and you arguing, I won't reply to you again, unless you manage to force my hand again. This is just a waste of everyone's time, especially the staff that have to evaluate the appeal.
 
nah u only "expressed your regret" like 2 messages ago lol. and what am i supposed to report a player whos already permabanned, to permaban them harder? thats what the appeal threads are for, for people to report any new shit about the person who's appealing

-1 what the fuck why are there so many alts. Ignoring what you did in the first place I think if you alt that many times at a certain point you just shouldn’t be unbanned. Where did you even get that many accounts from?
