Hello Lokans and staff, my name is m8den also known as Danito.
I have been banned since the 18th of October of 2023 for 226 days for harassment mostly towards daqniel.
Since this ban, I have taken time off from Minecraft and the Loka Community and had time to think about my actions and how it severely impacted the community to which I am truly sorry.
To the Loka Staff as well, this not being my first offence on the server, I have caused them a lot of trouble and work consequence of my poorly thought actions, I'm sorry.
I am aware that the damage I provoked is irreversible but I believe it is time to be let in the community again for a last time and show I deserve a last chance to play the server and be part of this amazing community.
I have grown up to be a more mature person and have improved my temper to a cooler one as people within the portuguese and turkish communities can confirm.
With that being said, I am available to answer any questions the Loka community might have for me, hopefully you will understand why I am appealing this ban.

huge +1, danito quit basically everything and cut contact with everyone afterwards his ban, recently came back and we can all see hes changed
 
-1 If you have truly changed you would apologise to me, and i feel like you did not change at all you should stay banned you don't even know what i had to deal with when you were saying that stuff
 
+1 Danito recently came back to discord, after being offline for more than 2 months ithink. And everytime i talked with him again, he shows that he had changed, being more respectful and a completely new person.
 
you are a disgusting human being for saying what u said people are grieving, and you make fun of it
u dont deserve any time on loka and u deserve all the hate u get
 
You were banned a few months after being unbanned and now its been 7 months. I think you should be temp banned +1 to temp

I dont know what he said to you and you have every right to not forgive him, but both of your bans happened because of very simillar situations and both of you appealed at around 7/8months of your bans, you claim that you were in a very difficult time when he said that to you due to the recent conflicts that hapenned in the world, but when you made fun of the victims of the earthquakes happening in Turkey people were also going through difficult times and even though danito isnt turkish he has a very deep connection with the turkish community and a friend of his, Wojnivult had lost his home to the earthquake at the time so he harassed you because at the time he felt the exact same way you feel towards him now
