I would like to start this appeal off by apologizing once again to the community and staff; my actions were very out of line and extremely disrespectful. I was a nuisance and a waste of time, and just a detriment to the server. I believe that during my time away from Loka I have learned to be more respectful and considerate, and no longer go out of my way to insult others or make offensive comments. I know I basically said all of this in my previous appeal (a little over two months ago), but I just wanted to reiterate it here.

The reason I am making this appeal so soon after my last is that I am eager to play Loka again, and have a lot of time off of school coming up (all of this week and then Christmas break not too long after) and would love to resume the Loka grind. I completely understand if too little time has passed since my original ban and my last appeal, and you feel that the server is not yet ready to receive me, but I wanted to at least try due to my previously stated reasons. I don’t like eating watermelon irl, but you’re chill to talk to in vc and I have no idea what you were banned for so I’ll stay neutral.
 
+1 Melon is good and has reflected Being someone who has been in contact with melon for a long time even when he was banned he has improved himself so much (I've yet to see him say the n word for a long time) Free my man melon
 
If you want an appeal to be accepted, you should first be upfront about your ban reason, and ban length.

To all I would strongly recommend reading Magpieman’s final response to his first* appeal and contrast that with what information he has actually provided to people here. There is clearly an attempt to misdirect and avoid his previous actions.

Lot's of people make mistakes and can always be forgiven. Melon wasn't always toxic and since he was banned he could've used the time to mature.

Thank you for also posting this as it is relevant, I chose to post the former appeal as it had more relevant information regarding his ban. The ban appeal you’ve linked also seems to skirt around addressing his actions. I understand that people can change and I’m not trying to imply that he hasn’t, but I would prefer people be open and honest when trying to re-enter this community.
 
I apologize if it seemed like I was dodging the reason I was banned. I was not intending to do this, as I was under the impression that the staff team and most players fully understood the reason for my ban, so I just grouped it under toxicity. The reason for my ban was a pattern of racist and homophobic actions, and trolling staff when they tried to address the issues. I was a waste of time, bringing no benefit to the server, and when the staff team analyzed all of my racist/homophobic actions they rightly decided it best to remove me from the community. I again apologize for any confusion, I wasn't trying to hide anything and just thought most people knew the reason for my ban, and the reason is as you said in my first appeal. I do believe that I have changed my character and am ready to be reintroduced to Loka, but if that is not the belief of the staff team and community I respect that. I am sorry for any misunderstandings in this appeal, it was not my intent to deceive anyone. Thank you - Melon

It takes a real person to admit their problems, changing my -1 to a 0
 
Melon during his time on Loka was your (above) average player for most of his time, and only nearing his ban started to do stupid things. I'm once again linking the forums post so you can see the staff's full opinion on Melon's first unban appeal in case you glanced over the link in Bat's post.

In the months following this, Melon slowly changed from being focused on being toxic in game, to just being an average player again. I haven't talked to him all that much recently, but the times that I have, he truly does seem to have changed. While you might look at my opinion and say "Oh why would I listen to him he's just friends with him," you can do that, but I implore you to take my thoughts on this seriously, because I do think he has changed, give him a chance to prove it.

+1, would be a good addition back to Loka
 
can we skip the team spam +1, guy has always been like this. He spends his free time complaining about people who speak Spanish on minecraft

I would like to urge everyone to read the attached appeal and realize Melon's true personality. The lengths he went through to attempt to lie to the staff team and cover up his tracks shows how he is truly a lying and conniving racist who does not deserve to return to the server.

That appeal changes absolutely nothing and you still remain one of the most racist and anti Semitic people I've ever met in a block game.
