Suggestion New Conquest & Ranked Cosmetics

There are currently too few cosmetics obtainable without gambling. Conquest has basically no rewards, and after 21 ranked seasons, barely any changes have been made. Gladiator used to feel super cool, but after so many seasons, a ton of people have it. I believe it’s a good time to overhaul the system and I'm willing to come up with ideas.

Conquest Milestones
For every milestone in conquest, you'll receive an achievement, and cosmetic rewards.

Kill Milestones
250
: "Butcher" title
500: "Vanquisher" title
1000: "Warlord" title
1500: Kill effect (explosion of bones, skull, and redstone would be cool)
2000: "Reaper" title and suffix (scythe, skull?)

Damage Milestones
100k
: "Critical" title
250k: "Explosive" title
500k: "Nuclear" title, Shockwave kill effect (Explosion particles, use falling blocks and put them half way into the ground to make a burst effect)

More Ranked Rewards
New cosmetics alongside Duelist, Gladiator, and Hero

Static Rewards
Duelist
: Stays the same
Gladiator: Title, Kill message "[Killer] brutally eviscerated [Victim] with [Item]."
Hero: Title, Suffix (Holy sword or symbol, or a skull with a crown?), Kill effect (holy sword falls from the heavens and causes a shockwave)

Evolving Titles
Achieving a placement multiple times unlocks more advanced titles

Evolution Rewards
x2 Duelist
: "Veteran Duelist" title
x2 Gladiator: "Brutal Gladiator" title
x3 Gladiator "Merciless Gladiator" title
x2 Hero "Valiant Hero" title
x3 Hero "Unyielding Hero" title
x4 Hero "Relentless Hero" title

I believe people who already have the title should only be counted once, so these titles stay fresh for longer.
Kill effects working in duels would also be awesome!

The cosmetics released today are rewards for Conquest. The problem with milestone rewards like "kill 100 players" is that they're cheesable. I don't think it's a good idea to encourage players to set up fake fights where they farm stats for cosmetics.

you already started to encourage people farming stats for cosmetics when you added rewards for achievement points (how many people have farmed pentakills quadkills etc just cheesed so many achievements for cosmetics/points/rewards) + the main point of this suggestion is to have cosmetics for 1000 kills, 2000 kills, and dmg equivalents. not adding this because your thinking someone will farm 2000 kills for an cosmetic just makes no sense

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the point of wanting cosmetic rewards from Conquest. I figured the point would be to show off your skill/experience in Conquest, but that would be devalued if players are unnaturally farming the stats. The rewards from achievements are generic, not Conquest-themed, and the farmable Conquest achievements represent a fraction of the total achievement points available.

make stats for them only count in fights w 50+ players maybe

I figured the point would be to show off your skill/experience in Conquest, but that would be devalued if players are unnaturally farming the stats. it would be more rewarding if the fights consistently worked and were well balanced 😝 or conquest had an actual endgame rather than a helmet
 
Could you expand on your thoughts or suggestions on this?
a prestige system that gave more rewards for holding a capital at one town, maybe lighter policies with a proc chance rather than a constant or a small amount of conquest points (cap transfer culture isn't good and devalues it a lot), cap just gets handed around for the achievement in a mega alliance and so will the helmets, i know your artists arent devs (thanks skuhoo) but the addition of vanity just leans into something that causes caps to feel solely material.

caps aside, conquest as a gamemode feels empty at the minute, you either get rolled or roll after waiting a whole hour and cap is just vanity with the chance for a tiny bit of grinding buff, and the distribution of players is off (fights are 160v160 or a 50v50 and happen in a short window of the day where nothing else happens after), smaller and more frequent, dispersed fights would be a nicer experience, id play conquest all day if there was... conquest all day.

you also could've asked this yesterday instead of being a d**k, but water under the bridge, i just enjoy the gameplay that much when it balances out nicely.
