the idea for the build itself isnt bad, BUT it lacks detail, everything is plain and boring, the arena, the stalls, and the terrain. Low effort, just trying to make some quick cash

Given the recent amendment to the rules for festival bidding, "The same Town, Alliance, or General Group of Players cannot host more than 1 festival in a year", this festival bid will unfortunately be disqualified. Helian League has hosted 3 of the 4 festivals that have been held in 2025, and New Silverhand has been a member of Helian League for the majority of the year. What constitutes being "in a year" will reset come January. New Silverhand and others limited by the restriction can bid for the February festival slot.
