Hello everyone, my name is Velo - aka OhVelo. Before my punishment I was a Senior Tester at Lurrns Pot Tierlist and soon to be Moderator. I was so dedicated to the tierlist alot; constantly going out of my way to prevent alters and cheaters and punishing them, I think overall I must have nearly 100 odd punishments that I got all by myself in my own free time. I was also really helpful within the community making suggestions to help grow the pot tierlist even further and helping out members or even staff when needed.
I've been recently banned for 'Advoiding Screenshare' permanently on the Loka network. I'm here today making a Forums because I strongly believe that my ban is 100% false and unreasonable.
THIS IS HOW MY PUNISHMENT PLAYED OUT:
I was 1v1ing my friend Mus to warm up for an upcoming HT3 test, and since I don't really play Minecraft that much anymore due to life being overall busy with work and so on and so forth I really needed a warm up.
After about 3 rounds I stopped dueling Mus and was waiting for my other friend iRojix to come online so I can warm up more without taking up anymore of Mus' time since he was playing Loka beforehand.
iRojix then logged online and sent me a duel, before I accepted I was frozen and I didn't really know what was happening since I've only been screenshared a couple times before (not Minecraft related at all)
what777 then asked to download AnyDesk and send him the code via in-game chat. I simply said no to AnyDesk and then asked if there was an alternative to that which he replied with no. iRojix then accepted my duel and the screensharer assumed this was me avoiding the screenshare and ultimately thinking I'm guilty of what I've been accused of.
I was then banned permanently from Loka and removed from staff from the Pot tierlist.
The only time I ever play 1.21.4 is when I decide to play Loka if any other pot servers are dead. I main 1.21 since it is a version I'm use to and has all of my mods to increase my FPS and overall game performance since I play on an integrated graphics card PC. (Intel R Core i5 - 10500 CPU)
At the time I only had 1 modification on 1.21.4 which was the version I was on at the time of me being frozen. That 1 mod was Entity Culling.
I never intended of avoiding the screenshare and I've always and forever will be open to being screenshared at any time anywhere, I fully understood that dodging the screenshare would toss all of my hard work towards the tierlist in the bin and even some of my close friends believing I cheat or use illegal modifications when I simply don't.
I've always been against cheaters and non-legit players and always will be.
I hope one day I can be unbanned from Loka and return to DiaPot as Senior Tester, everyone there was really a close friend to me and I miss that already.
