His ban being permanent is unfortunate, but it's up the the players of the community to familiarize themselves with our rules. Simply stating that they had 0 clue of what's allowed or not doesn't really help their case. Just wanted to point that out. Best of luck on your appeal.

I always have to playing it safe. I use the optifine client/mod. No other mod cause I dont wanting a loka ban. Is better safe or sorry

We are willing to reduce the ban to 1 month due to the mod used. While we do state any illegal mods in conquest is a straight ban, this is not the most egregious of mods, and your lack of playtime on the server and your relatively clean record also helps.
