It is high in calcium, protein, zinc, fiber and many more nutrients. They can be eaten fresh but they can also be roasted or cooked in the sun. How you cook it can apparently have a big impact on how it tastes because when stewed it tastes like mashed potatoes and when roasted it tastes like chocolate or coffee.
