Just because he is the only one who reported him it doesn’t mean no one else got harassed.
E.g U can call me by the n word and just bc i dont report you for it it doesnt mean its ok to say.
If it’s not racism why is he banned for racism / bullying

Im saying this is just some friend pact everyone defending him like he has done nothing wrong.
I think ive struck a nerve here...

I do not believe you’ve changed for the better, given that most of the people that are vouching for you rn are banned / toxic / racist it looks like this is just some friend pact.
On top of that 4 months is not really that long for something so severe and I don’t believe out of all the people who got banned for something likewise, you are the only one that “changed” in under 10 months.
Let’s not forget the stuff you’ve said was not only targeted at this player but at the whole turkish player base... so I’m clearly missing something here.

We have seen many and many players getting banned for this type of stuff and they all say they changed and people vouch for them but if you’re a literal racist you can’t genuinely change in just 4 months and all similar appeals have shown that.

All of that being said, I think you should not be unbanned at this time.
I’m glad for you you found yourself in the right path, now start to finish walking it and wait a few more months to make an appeal apologizing to not only the person who reported you, but everyone who you harassed with this behavior.

I think what you are trying to do is less of an attempt at justice and more of one at just trying to shut down an appeal for no apparent reason. Of course I dont know if you have anything against him or what not but all your concerns seem a bit exaggerated. Mainly the ones here:

1. Nope. You say this like you are in our VCs or talk to us, neither of which are true, so your argument here is inherently ingenuine. I think you should also reason with the fact that a server heavily oriented on pvp will have a toxic community come with it, and Loka is no different. I 100 percent believe if Loka punished people for their behaviors on other servers then a majority of the playerbases active community would have multiple warnings or be on bans. Every appeal will have toxic people support it. That is a side effect of having toxic people in your community. Toxicity is obviously bad but I find it funny Loka players will try to block any appeal like Loka is a non toxic safe haven better than all other servers, when I would care to argue this community is just as toxic as your average pvp server. 2. I also think your concern about the things he has said towards the Turkish community is ingenuine. Prodigy has become friends with many people in the Turkish community, and has even made up his differences with the person he got banned for insulting (a Turk), which in my honest opinion is a really big indicator of progress. If he was a genuine racist you wouldnt think he would just befriend the people hes racist towards. Sometimes people get angry, and angry people say dumb things. He has become a better person who no longer gets angry or says dumb things, and I think it is unfair you try to shut him down for it.

He is obviously gonna be friendly to them to get their vouch on an appeal but in most cases they don’t actually like them and I still believe he is a racist and should stay banned.
My point is most people that replied here vouched him with a meaningless “+1 he changed” reply and if we look at EVERY OTHER racist ban appeal you see they did not change at all >>> I do not believe he genuinely changed his whole behavior and character just to play a mc server.
All of you guys are like lol loka minecraft meme ban idc haha but when it comes to this point you randomly tend to take it seriously which is not really convincing anyone.

I seriously do not know how you can believe I am a bad person and a racist if you have not once spoke to me in these 4 months or any time before that.
