Ranked kit arrow reduction

Hi everybody! In the recent LCR meeting we discussed how many arrows are in the ranked kit. I've attached a poll with several options, please also leave any additional thoughts and comments below.

I prefer 0 but since 8 is the lowest option let's put that. Also 8 is the max allowed in tier tests so why should there be any more than that anyways?
