I prefer 0 but since 8 is the lowest option let's put that. Also 8 is the max allowed in tier tests so why should there be any more than that anyways?

It should be one arrow, but make the bow infinite. You’re not skilled if you can’t defend yourself from a bow master; can’t change my mind.
