-1 I don't think a year AT MOST is considered 'years away from the community' seeing as just last year you were being antisemtic, racist, Aswell as calling someone a homophobic slur. you also said in your last appeal that you 'spent time away from the community' which doesnt add up if you spent so much time away from the community why were you harassing people of the community, you say you tried reaching out and making amends with several members of the community one of them being ughbraces which when you look at it sounds like you only tried making amends with them because of them being part of your alliance on loka or another server and not because you actually felt bad for what you did to this person.

everyone who +1 knows he didn’t actually change. banned for 3yrs but admits he only stopped breaking the alting rule a year ago (if thats true). he only attempts to apologize if it’s beneficial but it’s not out of guilt or shame. everyone supporting this guy is just as gross as he is himself.

In what world do you live in makes that speech ironic
that is only funny to a specific demographic and a type of "humour" Loka doesn’t tolerate. ringo also claims to be free of such behaviour in his appeal and
vais reply shows otherwise. everyone finding his speech hysterically funny shows why loka takes their bans so seriously

That was posted OVER a year ago. If you cared to read the full ban appeal instead of seeing that he made one and make your own opinion without reading the ban appeal, you would realise that he regretted doing all of this. It was satire; (he said he regretted doing this) however, people like you cannot seem to stop holding a grudge against someone for 3 years. Life moves on, and you should too.

While I believe in the importance of granting second and even third chances to everyone, I am inclined to think that you have exhausted your opportunities. Considering the community, particularly with its numerous impressionable individuals, it seems unjustifiable to allow you to return. The damage caused by your actions and the level of hate you have exhibited make it exceedingly challenging for me to envision any scenario in which you can rebuild the bridges that have been irreparably burned. Despite this, I genuinely hope that you have undergone positive transformation.

In the past year and a half that I have gotten to know Ringo, he is almost polar opposite to what you described him as. He has been a helpful individual all around and has regretted what he has done. It may be challenging for you to see him coming back, but it is not challenging for many other as he has changed. You yourself have hoped that he has undergone a positive transformation, and positive is no other word that can describe his metamorphosis.

+1 I honestly have never seen Ringo be toxic and I've been around for a while. I talked to him a few times and he seems like a nice guy that deserves another chance.

+1 It has been an extremely long time, even with the severity of the details surrounding his ban I think now he deserves a chance to be let back into the community if he truly means to.
HOWEVER, I think the staff should keep a close eye on whatever he is doing, and be sensitive to any reports that may come in on him. He has still participated in unfavourable behaviour on other servers. However, none of these are bad enough to warrant him not being unbanned in the first place.

+0, I believe Ringo has changed for the better, vcs with him are alot more tolerable now without his red pilled edgy phase anymore. That being said, I don't know if his past actions can be forgived, I think that what he has done has casted a negative image of him which isn't to be neglected for; Ringo was a bad person. Overall, I think this is based on staff's decision but I wanted to voice that although I believe he has changed, he has done some irreversable damage.
