Those languages have a bigger player base then scandinavian, which means that the need of having a own chat is bigger

I think adding a Scandinavian chat would be sick, basically a chat where swedish, norwegian and danish people can talk

The command can be /sc (message) or /ch sc (to talk in the chat)
