Feel like he would've been the one creating the thread if he was that concerned.
Not too sure why it's a rush to have it locked, and it's just to clear the air, if he replies with what he thinks of it and that he ain't concerned, then everyone knows and the whole thing will just get dropped :p

He was asking me quite constantly over that night and the next day about if I knew what was going to happen with the items, he’s in school(AFAIK) at the moment and can’t reply yet, but I can say with 100% certainty he was concerned about the items. As would anybody who lost a shulker full of most if not all of their lore weapons.

This post was created yesterday and he knows about it though. I was talking to him a few minutes ago. He just got to class around 10:50am.

It won't get dropped because he said he told you guys to drop it and now there's a forum post.

Well, we'll have to just wait and see what he has to say later, no point in filling this forum with pointless talk :D

It's kind of like how you were saying why is Ox making a forum for Steak, but why are you speaking for Steak and how he is not being concerned for his own items?

Steak told us to drop it because he wanted to make a deal with you to get it back, but we were already locked in your base at the time anyway and you wouldn't let us out lol

The reason sSteak was probably trying to meme with you in the first place was because he wasn’t aware of this rule that’s suddenly popped up and thought he was protected by the no scam or whatever it’s called rule
At this point I can't be bothered to read all the replies, but this one stood out to me the most. Now I am by no means a staff member and don't have the greatest understanding of the rules, but just because someone doesn't realize something isn't allowed doesn't give them free reign to do it. Another way to look at this is this: If a player spams chat and doesn't know there is a rule against spamming, that doesn't mean they go unpunished. (Edited to make more sense the last analogy was misleading)

-1. I like sSteak good dude but he shouldn't have taunted Obstinance with it. Even if it was filled with Lored stuff.

Whether steak is upset or not is irrelevant to what we are talking about. We are pointing out that we don't believe the rules were interpreted correctly. You don't need to post the screenshot of what he said 3 times in a forum thread. Our issue is that the rules were not upheld not that steak contacted you after saying gj man. It also doesn't matter what was specifically in the shulker, people are just more appauled that a random interpretation of clearly written rules would lead to someone losing all their lored gear.

If it was about rule interpretation and not what the shulker had in it this would be a post about revising the rules and not me returning the shulker. The screenies were used to show that even steak agrees I got them fairly after everyone insisted his big response is coming.

Not really the case when many believe the rules to have been applied incorrectly in this very situation.

Exactly, so if this post was about the rules it wouldn't be "give his stuff back" it'd be "how can we prevent this in the future because we don't agree." This situation can be used as an example but it doesn't have to alter what happened.

Issues such as this will be prevented in the future through the precedent that will soon be set (by however Cryptite/Magpieman decide to continue with this current situation). So far, it seems that many people believe that Cryptite has made an error in his judgement, and that the items should be given back.

I wouldn't expect steaks friends to say I should keep them.

This post is not even about you to be honest. You really don't need to keep on defending something you obviously were just as shocked by as the rest of us - that you got to keep something you got at spawn. The post is directed to the admins that made a decision we all disagree with, not to the person that they green lighted to break a rule. It seems like you believe you have to defend what they did when there is no way for you to know why they did it. This isn't an assault on you but on what happened, you get to go down in loka history as the guy that got to steal at spawn with admins applause. If anything you should just be happy :D

Being the guy who blew up alakazam is cool enough. I'm defending the choice they made cause I agreed with it before they made it which is why I didn't give the shulker back immediately. A lot of people told me they probably wouldnt make me give it back due to the circumstances and they didn't. But now the full force of the covenant is on forums trying to reverse the decision so I feel like it makes sense for me to defend it?

Idk technically this is the bigger scam since you were given full owner of Alakazam. I think this is your new legacy: how to break the rules and get rewarded for it.

You might get to Zor status where they change the rules based on something you have done which is pretty neat too.
