IGN: Svally IGN when Banned: Svally
Reason of Ban: Inappropriate Skin
Date of Ban: 5/11/25 (1 Year, 3 Months, 29 Days | 486 Days)

Overview:

Good Afternoon, Lokans. As many know, on 5/11/2025 I was banned after losing a ranked game and therefore putting on an Inappropriate Skin and proceeding to show Chickpro and walk around spawn.

In-Depth Reason of Ban:

As you already know, on May 11th, 2025, I lost a ranked game to Intellc. Sadly, at this current time, I was very angry over a numerous amount of small things that, now looking back, are unimportant and irrelevant to my actions. Upon losing this ranked game, something inside of me started to flare off, leading to me going onto Skindex (a popular Minecraft skin page) and finding any NSFW skin I could. After finding one that I felt was "funny," I then went onto Loka, walking around spawn, /msging people, and causing just overall annoyance and ruckus at spawn. At this time, while walking around, the Guardian Chickpro saw me naked and proceeded to ban me. During this time after the ban, I felt almost an instant regret of my actions, but upon processing what had happened, I realised my actions and logged off for the day.

Previous Bans / Infractions:

I only have one other ban on Loka from assisting ban evasion with a mass group of people, which happened around December of 2023. This ban was because of us helping a friend within our town join / continue playing alongside other issues within. I've had other warns in the past before from saying hurtful things to other members inside of Loka's chats, and as far as I remember, this was 1 - 2 of them ranging from my time on Loka.

Unban Appeal for this: (https://forums.lokamc.com/threads/finnsans-second-unbanned-appeal.8401/)

Reasons of Last Appeal's Denial:

During my time of my ban, I've said some hurtful things to other people of the Diamond Pot community, which eventually came back around to me. I'd like to give an apology to Pigears and Comf for these things I've said. At this time, I felt that they were justified, which later, after talking and hearing other sides of stories, turned out to be completely false and overall inhumane of me. Regardless of how I felt at this current state, I accept all blame and responsibility for these and have had time to deeply think about what I've done overall in my time in / outside of Loka.

Apology Extended:

Throughout my time of being banned on Loka, I've realised slowly but surely, my toxicity and other forms of hatred have died down, leading to me being a more positive person. Whether this being in other mini-game-style servers, Loka Discords, or just hanging out with friends. The once hateful 14-year-old self of me isn't here anymore, leading to a better experience for everyone. Alongside this, I want to continue to send my apologies to Intellc and any other Lokans who have felt offended by my actions. I understand that using NSFW content is something that should be kept out of life and on the internet, and that there are other ways to go about your day than making someone else's worse. I hope that others can see that if given another chance, I'd show a new side of me and provide more to the community than times past.

I will be completely and unequivocally supporting Svally on this appeal.

At this point, I genuinely believe there is no reasonable justification for continuing to deny him another opportunity. Yes, this is his fourth appeal, but that fact alone should not be treated as an automatic reason to reject it. The purpose of punishments should be rehabilitation and accountability, not creating a permanent barrier that someone can never overcome.

Svally has had an extensive amount of time to reflect on his previous actions, and I have absolutely no reason to believe that he would return with the same mindset that resulted in his punishment. People change, mature, and learn from their mistakes. It would be fundamentally unfair to assume that someone is incapable of growth simply because they have made mistakes in the past.

I fully trust Svally to follow the rules if he is given another opportunity. I am not supporting this appeal with hesitation or uncertainty; I genuinely believe that he deserves to be unbanned and allowed to return to the community.

In my opinion, rejecting this appeal would accomplish nothing productive. Svally has served a significant amount of time, has acknowledged his mistakes, and is clearly willing to move forward. There is no benefit in continuing to punish someone indefinitely after they have demonstrated that they are prepared to do better.

I therefore give this appeal my strongest possible +1. I believe Svally deserves to return, I believe he has changed, and I believe he should be given the opportunity to prove it.

There should be no doubt whatsoever about my stance on this.
