I think that going forwards people shouldn’t be able to persuade people or bribe people to vote for their tournament. It turns the voting into a pay to win session. Where in my opinion it should be the nicest looking town/arena.

It demotivates the town which builds really nice looking tournaments just to lose to towns who pay people to vote for them all.

I don’t know how this can be prevented but could it possibly be looked into. So the rich don’t get richer and other towns have an opportunity.

Personally, I would implement the idea of whoever can pay the most should host while making it so you can only host once per year. Also I just want to say the main people that are complaining are the ones that lost the bid. Furthermore, it’s not a money grab I want to host more tournaments in the future because I enjoy the server at this point it’s not about the money anymore.

If we are being honest with ourselves the best looking tournament never wins only in rare cases. Also this is a good shard sink.

Make it so whoever bids doesn’t get their money back if they lose also the tournament wouldn’t go for 1m I’m guessing it would go for more.

nah it would make more sense for it to have been in effect since the beginning of this year (2026). If this 2 year rule takes effect starting in november we all know the first tournament of 2027: Asgard VI. Also its not hard to predict tournaments after asgard u can look this year tournaments (using the new build may be considered)
