We have discussed things like this in the past but i think it makes things too complicated and makes the server less semi vanilla.

All it would do is create an umbrella that the towns fall under...

Not meaning to be rude, but ideas like that have been mentioned in the past; Asy doesn't want a set system for creating alliances/factions. If the server wants war and alliances and violence, the towns themselves will make it come, not Asy or Crypt.
