The point of that post is to highlight how even though things can be faked, spoofed or taken out of context we will do our best to fact check before action is taken.

If we rushed to accept or deny ban appeals we wouldn't be able to be as thorough as we should be. We'd rather be careful than rushed and make a mistake.

This being said, there are of course exceptions and even though we try to do our best we do make mistakes.

I’m in disbelief at how badly Vexaay is being misrepresented in this thread.

I’m even more confused by why people are so unwavering that he has to be kept banned. Is the agenda really about policing what kind of players are allowed on Loka? If so, is a player’s dirt on a ban appeal sufficient to represent their character as a whole?

my only experiences with vexaay are negative and with him tacking onto the harassment lurnn and tqmen have both taken part in, along with their cliques which basically overlap into the same group

It’s actually quite fitting that you brought this up, that Tqmen is a player with an extensive punishment history including a permanent mute, known for his toxicity in the old days.

But within a year of trying to be better, he became a slicer and a community rep.

I don’t see how this is any different. Can Vexaay be a slicer in a year? Maybe! I’d be more optimistic than pessimistic towards this prospect.

I would be too, in a year not just one month after harassing a lokan and telling them to hang them self multiple times, with an excessive history of toxicity and even doxxing which has cropped back into his habits as of late
